Mette Kirstine Bek born 5 August of 1846 in Rodding, Haderslev, Denmark Gertrud Bek born 25 January 1857, Rodding, Haderslev, Denmark. (See records in documents.) Julia Nielson Corryberhus (Ribe) now called Haderslev, Denmark. A mistake has been made in genealogy records, stating the twin sister Zidsel Kirstine was Jorgen Smith's wife. There are many records showing Christina as his wife: Treasured Trails; He wrote it as Christine M. Berkedal. avis; ellation has been found and this marriage was performed while both parties were alive, this marriage will have to be accepted---etc.. ried in the Endowment House in Salt Lake City, Utah, 10 May, 1898. ith his wife, grantors of Notom, County of Wayne, State of Utah, hereby convey and warrant to Mette Marie Johnson, grantee--etc." ith 16 August, 1862 by W.
